Today we are launching AIDC Academy: free courses on working with digital employees.
Deploying AI changes jobs before it changes software. The people who get the most out of a digital employee are not the ones with the best prompts. They are the ones who know how to hand over work, check a draft, correct a mistake so that it stays corrected, and decide what should never be delegated.
Those are skills, and skills can be taught.
Three tracks
- For employees: how to work alongside a digital employee day to day: what to ask, how to check an answer and its sources, and when to hand a decision back to a person.
- For managers and owners: how to train and run a digital employee: writing down how the team works, correcting it, setting what it may see and which actions need approval, and measuring whether it is getting better.
- For developers: how to build applications on the platform, from data and actions to skills, APIs and release.
Free, and short
Lessons are short, practical and free. They follow the same rules as the platform itself: examples come from real work, and anything that touches company data starts with who may see it.

A new course on enterprise data security and privacy is now available: seven lessons on how company material should be classified, where it should live and who looks after it, written for the people whose files digital employees will read.

每节课都短、实用、免费。课程和平台本身守同样的规矩：例子来自真实工作；凡是碰到公司数据的，都先讲清楚谁能看。
