From today, the full pricing for deploying ADIS is public: what each system includes, what it costs to build, and what it costs to run, by company size.
Three systems, priced by stage
We sell three systems, each one a stage of deploying AI into a company, and each one ending with a sign-off:
- Agent System: a digital employee in every department, and everyone using it. Delivered in three months.
- Value Chain System: use cases connected along the value chain, and a team that can build on its own. Delivered in six months.
- Organizational Decision System: the whole company working from one set of numbers and making decisions in the system. Delivered in twelve months.
Each system has a build fee, set by the system and the size of the company, and a monthly subscription per person that includes usage. The details of what is included, and the unit prices for usage beyond it, are on the pricing page.
An estimate in seconds
Pricing that depends on company size raises an obvious question: what would it cost us? Enter your company's name on the estimate page and ADIS reads its public profile, sets the size band and gives you a first-year estimate from the published pricing model. No call is needed to get a number.
Why public
We publish our prices for the same reason we publish our changelog: a company that is deciding whether to let AI into its operations should be able to see exactly what it is buying. The final scope of every deployment is still set in a written proposal after the deployment assessment, and it is built from these same numbers.

三套系统，按阶段定价
我们卖三套系统，每一套都是 AI 进入公司的一个阶段，每一个阶段都以签收结束：
- 智能体系统： 每个部门一名数字员工，全员用起来。3 个月交付。
- 价值链系统： 场景沿价值链连成系统，团队自己会建。6 个月交付。
- 组织决策系统： 全公司一本账，在系统里做决定。12 个月交付。
每套系统有一笔建设费，按系统和公司规模定；另有每人每月的订阅，订阅含用量。包含哪些内容、超出部分的用量单价，见定价页。
几秒钟出估价
价格跟公司规模挂钩，就会有一个直接的问题：我们要花多少？在估价页输入公司名称，ADIS 读取公开资料、确定规模档，按公开的定价模型给出第一年的估价。拿到一个数，不需要先打电话。
为什么公开
我们公开价格，和公开更新日志是同一个理由：一家公司在决定要不要让 AI 进入自己的运营时，应该能看清楚自己买的到底是什么。每一次部署的最终范围，仍然在部署评估之后写进正式方案，用的也是这同一套数。
