Today we are opening AIDC Cloud to teams outside mainland China: the compute layer for Agent as a Service. You build the agents. We run them, and you pay for what they actually do.
Who it is for
AIDC Cloud is for companies and teams of up to 200 people that turn agents into services: for their own staff, for their customers, or as a product they sell. It is priced in US dollars, and it is for businesses only.
It is not a chatbot builder and it is not a model. It is the place where agents you have built live, sleep, wake and work.
What you get
A runtime of its own for every agent. Each agent runs in its own environment: its own process group, its own Linux user and its own home directory, where its sessions, memory, skills and files persist. Disks can be snapshotted per agent into your own storage bucket.
Agents that sleep. After 60 seconds without work an agent freezes and stops using CPU. When work arrives it thaws in 10 to 33 milliseconds, measured in production, and is ready in about a second. Agents in regular use are pre-warmed. We explain how this works in Agents that sleep.
An endpoint for your code. Every agent can be called through an OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Connect whatever channel you serve from your own code, whether that is a web page, Slack, WhatsApp, iMessage or email, and call the agent when a message arrives. WeCom and DingTalk bots can connect directly to an always-on receiver.
A model gateway with metering. Model calls go through a gateway that records tokens call by call, so usage is visible per agent.
What we do, and what you do
AIDC Cloud sells compute. You connect the channels, tools and payment accounts your agents use, and you pay those providers directly. We do not resell them, set them up for you or touch your end users' payments.
That division keeps the product simple, and it keeps the relationship with your customers yours.
Pricing
Three plans, monthly, in US dollars. Each includes member accounts, agents, awake hours, storage and egress; anything beyond is billed at published unit prices.
- Team, $100 a month: 3 member accounts, 50 agents, 300 awake hours.
- Business, $500 a month: 10 member accounts, 300 agents, 2,000 awake hours.
- Enterprise, from $3,000 a month: 50 member accounts, a dedicated machine, and an annual contract.
Plans are billed per organisation, not per head. Only the people who build and manage agents need an account; the colleagues and customers who talk to your agents do not. An awake hour counts only the time from an agent's thaw until it freezes again, so frozen time is not billed as work.

How to start
Team and Business are monthly and can be stopped at the end of any month. Enterprise is an annual contract. To get access, request it here and tell us what your agents will do; we will open your organisation.

你得到什么
每个智能体有自己的运行环境。 每个智能体在自己的环境里运行：自己的进程组、自己的 Linux 用户、自己的主目录；会话、记忆、技能和文件都留在里面。盘可以按智能体快照到你自己的存储桶。
会睡觉的智能体。 60 秒没有活就冻结，不再占 CPU；活来了，10–33 毫秒解冻（生产实测），约 1 秒就绪。经常用的智能体会预热。原理见《会睡觉的智能体》。
给你的程序一个接口。 每个智能体都能通过与 OpenAI 兼容的接口调用。你要服务的渠道——网页、Slack、WhatsApp、iMessage、邮件——用你自己的程序接好，收到消息就调用智能体。企业微信和钉钉机器人可以直接接到一直在线的接收器上。
带计量的模型网关。 模型调用经过网关，逐次记录 token，每个智能体用了多少一目了然。
我们做什么，你做什么
AIDC Cloud 只卖计算。智能体要用的渠道、工具和付款账户由你自己接，费用直接付给那些服务商。我们不转售、不替你开通，也不碰你的终端用户的付款。
这样分工让产品保持简单，也让你和你的客户之间的关系，始终是你的。
价格
三档，按月，以美元计。每档都包含成员账号、智能体、唤醒小时、存储和出网流量；超出部分按公开的单价计费。
- Team，每月 100 美元： 3 个成员账号、50 个智能体、300 唤醒小时。
- Business，每月 500 美元： 10 个成员账号、300 个智能体、2,000 唤醒小时。
- Enterprise，每月 3,000 美元起： 50 个成员账号、一台专属机器，按年签约。
按组织计费，不按人头。只有造和管理智能体的人需要账号；和你的智能体对话的同事、客户都不需要。唤醒小时只算智能体从解冻到再次冻结的时间，冻结的时间不按干活计费。
