Today we are opening AIDC Developer: the platform for building applications that agents and people use together.
Most business software is built for people clicking through screens. Agents need something different. They need to know what an application can do, in words they can read, and they need a way to do it that is safe to repeat. So on AIDC, an application is defined from the agent's side first.
Skills plus APIs, with an optional UI
An application on AIDC is three things:
- Skills describe, in plain language, what the application is for and how to use it, so that a digital employee knows when and how to call it.
- APIs do the work. They are versioned, documented and safe to repeat: writes are idempotent and can be tried without effect first.
- A user interface is optional. Many applications never need one, because people reach them through a digital employee in chat. When one does, it is built with the same interface kit as the rest of the platform.
Public SDKs, CLI and APIs
The SDKs, the aidc command-line tool and the API reference are public. Everything the CLI does goes through the same APIs, so anything a developer can do by hand, an agent can do through an API, with the same permissions and the same record.
Released on Nexus
Finished applications are released on Nexus, the part of ADIS that publishes and runs them inside a company: through release channels from test to production, with a rollback in one command.

大多数企业软件，是为人在屏幕上点来点去而做的。智能体要的不一样：它要用读得懂的文字知道一个应用能做什么，还要有一种可以放心重复执行的方式去做。所以在 AIDC 上，应用先从智能体这一侧来定义。
技能加接口，界面可选
AIDC 上的一个应用由三部分组成：
- 技能（Skills） 用平常的话写清楚这个应用是干什么的、怎么用，让数字员工知道什么时候、怎样调用它。
- 接口（APIs） 真正干活。接口带版本、有文档、可以放心重复执行：写操作幂等，并且可以先试运行、不产生效果。
- 界面 是可选的。很多应用根本不需要界面，因为人是通过群里的数字员工用它的。需要的时候，用和平台其他部分同一套界面组件来做。
公开的 SDK、命令行和接口
SDK、aidc 命令行工具和接口文档都是公开的。命令行做的每一件事都走同一套接口，所以开发者能手动做的事，智能体都能通过接口做，权限一样，记录也一样。

做好的应用在 Nexus 上发布。Nexus 是 ADIS 里负责把应用发布到公司内部并持续运行的部分：通过从测试到生产的发布通道上线，一条命令就能回滚。
